For bookkeeping firms

Bookkeeping requests that fit your firm.

Our first provider product is proposed as bookkeeping and catch-up requests from U.S. small businesses across industries. Every request says exactly how much has been checked — and nothing is being delivered during the prototype.

Three products — never blurred

Basic request (self-reported)

The buyer's own answers and contact details. Not verified by default.

Verified lead

Contact, buying intent, scope and relevant fit checked by a person, with the evidence recorded.

Appointment confirmed

An actual time and participants agreed by both sides. Never implied by a callback request.

Job seekers and other bookkeeping firms are routed away before matching. Duplicates, invalid contacts and unclear requests are held for review, not delivered.

Your controls

Set in your application, so requests outside them aren't offered to you:

  • Services: monthly, catch-up, setup
  • Sectors you know well
  • Software you work in
  • Client revenue bands
  • New clients you can take per month
  • Lead types: basic, verified, appointment
  • Shared or exclusive preference

Shared and exclusive

Defined per offer

Whether a request goes to one firm or up to three is set in each written offer or agreement — we don't promise exclusivity generally. Buyers always consent to sharing with up to three independent firms.

What we don't publish

No lead prices, volumes, close rates, appointment rates or ROI — none have been established. Acceptance, delivery and billing are not live.

Proposed review process for a bad lead

Intended for the pilot. Not a binding policy: timelines and any credit follow the terms agreed with each firm.

  1. 01

    You flag it

Duplicate, invalid contact or outside the scope you set — with a reason.

  2. 02

    We check the evidence

Operations reviews the record: capture time, contact checks, consent and your settings.

  3. 03

    Disposition

Outcome recorded; any credit follows your agreement. No refund is guaranteed.
